Saturday, March 10th, ABV GALLERY opened its most exhibition “Fear and Loathing in ATL”.  Featuring new work from artists such as PLF, Greg MIke, Sam Parker, R.Land, Ash Lethal, Aaron Crawford and more. The final product, a showcase of 20 unique pieces illustrate the adventure & craze of the iconic namesake film.

From 7 PM on, the gallery was packed and we welcomed over 1,000 visitors to one of our biggest shows to date. With Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas streaming on the projector and Martina Mcflyy on the decks, we were happy to provide tasty complimentary beverages to everyone who came out to support ABV & our artists. Thanks to the folks at Kanon Organic Vodka, we served up Love Bug, a refreshing signature cocktail made with fresh strawberries & mint. We also had New Belgium Belgo on tap for the folks who wanted to enjoy a crisp brew. The show will be on view until April 13th, 2012.

ABV was excited to open “Fear and Loathing in ATL” as a part of ALL4ONE, a one night art stroll in the Old Fourth Ward. Stuart McLean, Mint and Melvin Galleries all participated in the event in an effort to shine light on the art community in this historic neighborhood.  This past Saturday was the first ALL4ONE event; with the diverse art offerings in the neighborhood, it’s an event you will need to make time for the next time around.
