ABV was recently featured on Hypebeast.com’s segment “Spaces”. ABV founder & creative director Greg Mike gives an insight into what goes on with the gallery, agency, and the new ABV Collection.

On Saturday February 9th, ABV hosted a packed house for “Born and Bred”, the first group exhibition of 2013 inspired by American’s people, places and things.  21 different artists brought their visions of everything U.S.A to life.

Artists created imagery based off the subject matter to develop a unique body of work that will live inside the gallery until April 31st.

Drink and Doodle 23 was a packed house even with the tornados and gnarly weather ripping through town. 12 Atlanta based artists sat down at the table and created new work over a few brews and some solid conversation. Around 8pm the local collectors stormed in, picked up their favorite pieces and had a few tasty beverages provided by our sponsors. We hope to see next month as we have a special drink and doodle surprise for the 24 edition – 2 year anniversary edition.

Join us Wednesday, January 30th at ABV Gallery for our 23rd installment of Drink and Doodle. 12 artists will gather and create new work which will get framed and go on sale at the end of the evening.  Open to the public at 8PM.

This past December, ABV hosted the 22nd  edition of the Drink + Doodle series in conjunction with their Winter Collection release.  That evening consisted of a variety  of 12 Atlanta based artists creating new work to go up for sale. Our guests also got a fresh look at the new apparel from our Winter Collection.

The folks at Cathead Vodka and Red Hare Brewing co. once again provided complimentary drinks to all of our guests.

ABV Agency ventured back down to Miami for Art Basel 2012. Collaborating with The Overthrow, Tott Global & many others to co-curate the third edition of Basel Castle.

About Basel Castle:
Basel Castle is a conceptually “re:creative” minifestival that combines some of the worlds most influential contemporary artists & musicians, with uniquely interactive games, installations, exhibitions, and live performances. The project is a full day event during the climax of Miami’s internationally esteemed Art Basel weekend. Believe it or not, all this takes place inside a castle located in the crux of Downtown Miami’s Wynwood Art District.
