peachtree road race x

Location: Atlanta, GA

In 2024, the Atlanta Journal Constitution’s (AJC) annual Peachtree Road Race will celebrate its 55th Anniversary. Each year, more than 60,000 runners take part in the 10km loop that winds through the heart of metro Atlanta. To commemorate this significant milestone, AJC approached ABV Agency to organize and set up an original art mural created by a local Atlanta artist for the enjoyment of the runners along their route.

For this special project, we decided to commission Lisette, also known as ARRRTADDICT, a local Atlanta artist whose pieces are displayed in both galleries and buildings across the city in the form of large-scale murals. Lisette’s work calls its’ viewers to action by bringing awareness to social issues faced within our city. We were confident that she would be the best choice to capture Atlanta’s spirit and inspire race participants to reach the finish line.

The mural was finished before the race and is situated along the official route.
